Disclaimer: I don't own the book 'Go Ask Alice'

Go ask Alice when she's ten feet tall
Go ask Alice when she feels small
Go ask Alice when the world seems far
Go ask Alice for it all

When the world was breaking
And she needed shelter
She found refuge
In a drug seller

He pushed her to do
Things that weren't right
Things like LSD
And other stuff to get high

She took in the drugs
Like it was alright
On the outside felt happy
But on the inside not too bright

Her dull shattered World
Was soon losing sight
The life she once liked
Turned into a fright

The people she once thought
Were her friends to help fight
Began to turn her away
From the light

Her life tumbled down
Her breath became short
All those mistakes
Were her ticket to death

Some people lived
To be One hundred and five
But for poor Alice
Well, her life just passed by
