-1Sasuke sneered at Sakura who stood before him on the street. They had bumped into each other, and he had made some comment. So she yelled at him for betraying their village, she told him it was the easy way out.
He said, mockingly. "You would know easy ways huh? You always had friends, family, and yet you were still weak. You are so annoying."
Sakura stared at him in fury, "Don't tell me that you think I had to easy way. Me, the one who everyone mocked, the one who had to fight so hard to be accepted. You wouldn't know, everyone always liked you."
Saske scowled at her. "Don't be ridicules. You weren't the one who had to leave the one place that felt like home to kill your brother. You wouldn't know that kind of pain."
Sakura laughed bitterly. "Maybe not, but I had to watch the one I love walk away from us all. I had to watch him give up everything for a stupid quest. You've never had to." She brushed past him then said, "And you'll never have to."
She was more than ten feet away by the time he shouted, "Yeah? Well I am right now.'' Sakura felt her face pale, and she hoped she heard wrong. "Excuse me?" she asked him. He smirked, and yet again she felt her heart do that stupid futter thing. "You heard me," he replied. With long strides, he was standing right in front of her. Her face heated up at the close proximity. She knew that it would be a really good idea to MOVE AWAY right about now, but her brain seemed to have lost contact with her feet. "I might have heard you." she said softly. "But I sure as heck don't believe you."
And then he caught her face up with his hands, forcing her to look him in the eye. "Believe me." he growled, before his lips closed onto hers.
