My friends I have watched
Decaying and withering
They have been doing

Cloud has not recovered yet
The sad mako coloured eyes
Have not changed since that
Fateful day of judgment

Aeris has disappeared off
Into the endless Stream of Life
Where her laughter and smile
Has been converted into energy

I have been watching them
One of them have died away with her
And the other has died with her soul
While I am suffering from this pain

My childhood friend has left me forever
Leaving on the Lifestream Express
To a faraway place accessible by Crater
But I will not leave until Cloud leaves

My rival and my greatest friend has gone
Ripped from the very threads of life
To be sent to the endless Lifestream
Leaving me alone with my sorrow
