A/N: Yes. I know I have a TON of unfinished fanfics, but this idea was sticking in my head ever since a few days ago, and I had to write it. Now, this is just the prologue. I'll only be posting that for now unless you want me to continue. Enjoy!

Link had returned to his cottage in Kokiri Forest after a long, grueling day of knight training. Ever since he finished his quest to defeat Ganondorf, he was set on becoming a knight to protect Zelda. The process was exhausting and sometimes pointless to the sixteen year old hero. But, he never gave up.
Someone knocked on Link's door as soon as he had sat down. Said teen groaned, and opened the door to find a white light envelope him.
"Hero... Hero Link... I have another quest for you..." a woman said.
Link looked around and then saw the Goddess of Courage. She wore a light green, strapless gown, and she had flowers in her short, emerald green hair. The hero was astonished. Why had she called him?
"As you probably already know, I am Farore, the Goddess of Courage. I have come to tell you of what you need to do now. My sisters and I have discovered an alternate dimension known as The United States of America. Unfortunately, the world has much suffering, and most of the people are cruel to others," Farore said with a sad look on her face.
"What does that have to do with me? What can I do?" Link asked.
"Amidst all of the corruption, Nayru and I explored some more, and found one who can stop the plague of suffering. It is a girl, but her life has taken a turn for the worst. You must guide her towards the light so she can fulfill her destiny as the Sage of Happiness. Be careful, because America is entirely different than Hyrule. It is more advanced in technology, and the citizens follow different customs," the Goddess of Courage exclaimed.
Link took it all in and replied, "Do not worry. I will help whoever needs me. I won't fail you."
"It seems I picked the right person to wield my Triforce piece. Remember that even though there are no monsters from Hyrule in America, there are people who will hurt others. Be very, very cautious, and you will be home in no time," Farore said.
The hero nodded, and a portal appeared behind him.
"Enter, and you will begin your quest. I wish you the best of luck and I'll be watching over you," the goddess said as Link disappeared.

1. Standing on a sidewalk, dressed in different clothes
2. Standing in front of a school
3. He wakes up and finds out that the goddesses created a life for him in America to blend in
