I left the house with my mother lying on a bed in the upper part of the house. I didn't think anything of it.
When I got back home my mother was in the kitchen cooking dinner. My brother, sister and even my father were there. We talked and laughed and had a good time for what seemed like hours.
I went to the upper part of the house to retrieve something, leaving everyone in the living room. My dog jumped in my way and I scratched her behind the ears. When I got to the room I left earlier that morning my mother was still there, asleep. I knelt down totally forgetting I was just laughing and talking with my mother.
"Mom," I said rubbing her shoulder to get her to wake up. She doesn't answer so I try again, "Mommy." She still didn't wake up. I did it three more times and finally I shoved her shoulder hard and yelled her name. "MOM!"
She began to open her eyes slowly. I knew there was something wrong in the way she was acting but I didn't know what. I got her so stand up and start walking. She was really stiff and it scared me. Immediately I think Zombie! My mother must have been dead! Oh God I have to get help! I her he moaning from the pain and it just increases my suspicions. "Mom I'm going to get some help, okay," I began to walk off.
"No," my mom moaned but I didn't hear her I was already out the door and down the stairs.
I was at the living room door when I noticed something,
My mom and dad are divorced.
My sister lives with my father in the next town.
My brother lives with his wife and doesn't speak to any of us.
There is definitely something weird going on here. Just in case I turn around and go back to the room with my mom. Once I'm there I lock the door and block it.
Sorry it wasn't very good. I was working from a dream I had today. The part where I said I was at the living room door when I noticed something was the part where I jolted awake. I looked around and got so freaked out I put my hand on my heart. There were a few things I had to change so that they made since and weren't in dream form any more but other than that it was the basic outline. I will probably keep writing this. Review! P.S.
