"The most Amazing Thing happened to me earlier today!" Amber claimed as she entered the room.
"What, what happened?" I inquired of my best friend, fully expecting it to involve a new pair of shoes.
"I was shopping, which I invited you to join me. Why didn't you come with?"
"Amber," I replied, "I told you that I had homework to do. Besides, what was the amazing thing that happened?"
"That's the problem with you Neens, you're always doing your homework. That's like, so boring!"
I stifled a chuckle, "What happened, Amber?"
"Oh, that!" She eagerly responded, "I found the most perfect pair of shoes for you in the shops!"
I knew it would involve shoes, wait "For me?"
"Of course, it will match perfectly with the dress I got."
"Did you get me a dress?" I asked, now a bit worried.
