Summary
When a new kid moves into the cul de sac everyone hates him except Eddy so they plan to transform metal into Transformers like creatures using recycling plants and Edd's knowledge they plan to concur the cul de sac and then concur the entire usa and then the entire world.
Eddy's and Mark's Plan
Step One
Find enough metal in the cul de sac
Step Two
Find a recycling plant
Step Three
Use Edd's brain to create an army of robots, tanks and weapons

Concur the entire cul de sac

Concur the entire United States of America

Mark is leading ten tanks with 2 sniper rifles in each hand and with ten million robots behind them while Mark is smirking.
"Everyone we must band together to stop the UFOR together we are the RATRA which stand for the Rebellion against the Robot Army" Edd shouted.
