Hello(: So this is one version I've come up with on how Harry and Ginny got back together!

I hope you all like and review!

I don't own this couple

Lucky Number Seven

It was May 7th, 1998, the third night everyone had been back at the Burrow, besides Fred.

Andromeda and Teddy had come to stay, along with Harry and Hermione.

The first night, after everybody had began to fake sleep, Harry had slid out of his camp bed in Ron's attic room and walked carefully over the landing to the slide up window.

He climbed through and sat on the roof's peek. Five minutes later, he pointed his wand at what ended up to be Ginny Weasley and they both sat up there in silence for the rest of the night.

The next night they met simutaneously on the landing and so Harry helped her onto the roof. There was a moment of silence before Harry started apologizing.

He apologized for Fred, for leaving her, for hurting her, for- but she had cut him off. Telling him to stop apologizing because he hadn't done anything wrong.

They both cried over their friends but soothed each other and talked about what they needed to. He let Ginny ask questions, as the Weasley's knew what the trio had gone through the past year.

Harry and Ginny soon went back to sleep in their respective rooms. The following day they talked more and silently made the decision to go back to the roof for the night of May seventh.

"How did you know about up here?" Ginny asked him finally.

Harry glanced at her. "The first time I was ever here," he breathed, and Ginny knew that she would be the only to know this. "I had a nightmare and wanted some air, but I found out you could climb the roof from this window so I did."

Ginny nodded and willed herself a smile. "Dad took me up here a lot the summer after my first year," she told him.

There was another moment as he acknowledged what she had said as Ginny watched Harry.

He looked over at her and their eyes met for another second, an then, not knowing how it had happened, their faces were crushed together in an embrace.

They started it slow, to take advantage of the months they had missed doing this. But then it went fast and far more passionate, urgent now to make up for the past months.

When it became very obvious that they needed oxygen, they stubbornly separated their lips, keeping their fore heads together, panting.

"I miss you," Ginny just said, as if she couldn't hold it back longer.

Harry kissed her long, hard and passionate again. They separated panting and again he whispered, "I missed you too."

She nodded, looking into his eyes and gave him a lingering kiss as they hadn't quite regained their breath yet.

"It seems better than before," Ginny admitted, grinning.

"Well, that practice with all those veelas really comes in handy," he chuckled. She scowled, swatted his chest gently so she didn't hurt him, but smiled at Harry's first genuine laugh since the battle.

Kind of fast, I know, but I hope you liked! Please leave a review and let me know! Thanks(:
