I was just making tea for us in the afternoon. My sister an I alway drank tea in the afternoon even when she started to get the facination for Daniël and walked after him all the time. Although after all those years it was still the worst part of living at the side of my sister. I happend to see him loose her every time again, at the same age. Even if he was running from her, they always made a way of finding or meeting each other. Me and the rest of the fallen angels in the middle to wait till the moment it happends. Every time again it felt terrible. Even though I knew I would find my sister back in another life. But just to keep her safe I needed to leave everyone I spended that lifetime with and had to move on and find the new Luce. Always around the same age plus with Daniël somewhere around it was the time that she ended up in flames. I think that this lifetime is nearly over for Luce and that it won't last longer than a day.
I walked to our spot in the garden with a dinnerblade with teacups and a teapot. The tea was Luce favorite and I knew it would make her happy as a little baby. Luce was already there. Laying in the sun, relaxing and enjoying the good weather, the sun on het beautiful skin that sometimes made me jalous. It's hard to live in the shadows of my sister.
I walked towards her and sat down on the other chair. In her eyes I saw where was thinking of. It could only be one thing... Daniël. I waved my hand in front of her eyes and said: "Lucinda, back on earth please" I laughed when I saw her suprised face. "Your quick sister" she said "I didn't realise you we're back already". "That's because you're in heaven, Little Sis." I joked to her, we started laughing about it and drank some tea. Mostly talking about our special guest that our father had taken home to stay. Our lovely Daniël. I wouldn't leave behind as she askes me if I was on the love tour. In my head always the same awnser yes. But out of my mouth the just another "No, there is no gentleman in my life that compares to your Daniël".
But sure there was someone I had laid my eyes on. There was only no time for a love affair... I had to make sure Luce was safe and I nearly get out of her side. How am I supposed to make clear after all those years that I have an eye on him? Also I never got the guts to tell him how I felt about him. He wasn't here, maybe at the other side of town. Mostly all the fallen angels of the group get stuck at the same place. At least we end up together.
When Daniël walk past out spot Luce stopped laughing. I could see he was trying to ignore her. He didn't want her to die again and loose her again I saw it in his eyes. But he couldn't keep his eyes away from her, which I totally understanded.
After some time we went inside, because it was getting cold outside and it was getting close to dinnertime. We had to change clothes for dinner and went quick to the dressing rooms getting ourselfs ready.
The evening went quick and before we knew we all went to bed and got to sleep. Tomorrow would be a busy day again. Helping our father at the town. Outside the gates of the beautiful place where we lived...
