Prologue

Richard Castle was born to Martha and Jackson Castle they named him Richard Aleksandr Daniil Fyodor Castle. He was named the prince in the Castle line when he was 18 because his father disappeared. Richard meet a Moroi named Meredith and they had a daughter Alexis. Richard decided he didn't want his daughter to grow up in court life so he, Alexis and his mother moved to New York. To a private building reserved for Moroi. It had 10 Guardians to 200 Moroi not a lot but it was doable. They had the best security in the world and the wards were strong. The Moroi felt safe there. There was a club for Moroi to drink blood and plenty of people wanted to give them blood so Richard was happy he found 3 feeders for himself named Lucy, Molly and Kylie. He used one a day at night after a case.

Alexis now in collage got her own feeders the collage provided for her. She is a very bright child and loved her father very much.

Richard kept in connect with the court and learned his cousin Vasilisa had become Queen. She will do well for their world he thought more so then Queen Tatianna. He never liked her.

He wrote books and they were all best sellers then he met Detective Kate Beckett and joined her team. He started dating her and it was getting harder, and harder to hide his secret from her. He would have to tell soon. He has came close to giving himself away a number of times now.

Shaking his head to clear his thoughts he was off to the Lucy's. He needed blood. Little did he know what this trip was going to turn out to be…
