I'm in love with the Pumpkin King (Poem)

Words forming on my stitched up smile

Halloween will last a while.

Gazing into midnight sky

Its times like this I'm glad we died.

Muffled screams here and there

Ghosts and vampires plague the air.

Ive lived this moment in my dreams

You've got my heart (bursting at the seams)

Stitched up girl from broken parts

I may be dead but this will last.

Corpses lie all around

Buried deep beneath the ground

Strolling through the cemetery

You're my Jack and I'm your Sally.

Deadly Night Shade can't compare

To the moments that we share.

Intoxicated and light headed

Feels like my limbs have been un-threaded.

Church bells ring as the moon glows bright

Skeleton grasp-it feels so right.

The pumpkin king has found his queen and

Everyone can see: we're simply meant to be.
