'Where us he?' Sasuke thought as he leaned against a tall oak tree in the training grounds. Sasuke checked his watch for the third time in less than two minutes.
"He's late as usual" Sasuke mumbled to himself.
30 minutes later
"Hey Sasuke!" a loud voice called.
Sasuke snapped his head up to look at the person who called his name. As if he didn't already know.
His golden, sun-kissed hair was the first thing Sasuke saw followed by his bright blue eyes.
"Hey Dobe. You're late" Sasuke stated.
"Well Teme! Some of us wanted to sleep in today" Naruto stated matter of factly.
"Of course"
"Well, I'm here. What did you want to tell me?" Naruto asked.
Sasuke stood quietly for a moment.
"I like someone" he simply stated.
"That's it? Just go put the poor girl out of her misery!" Naruto exclaimed.
"Who said it was a girl?" Sasuke asked looking straight into Naruto's eyes.
Naruto freaked.
"Wait? You're gay? You're joking right?" Naruto asked harshly.
"What's that supposed to mean? You think this was easy to tell you? What happened to accepting people for who they are? Sasuke demanded his voice still calm.
Naruto couldn't form words.
"Just forget it. Thanks a lot Naruto"
Sasuke left and Naruto made no means to try and stop him.
Sasuke ran home as fast as he could. He threw open the front door and then slammed it shut. He walked slowly to his room.
"Argh! I can't believe I told him! I should've just kept it to my self"
Sasuke layed down on his bed, and for the first time in years cried himself to sleep.
