Kate was snoring softly in her sleep. Her head resting on the keyboard and he eyelids fluttered occasionally. She hadn't meant to fall asleep but they'd been working for 48 hours and Gibbs hadn't let them go home. Talk about a slave driver.

Where she got energy by sleeping, Tony was quite happy to go on coffee and he couldn't resist a smirk when he re-entered the bull pen to find it empty, apart from the women asleep at her desk. He placed the four cups of coffee on the table and walked round, hoping to rouse her quietly before Gibbs found her.

'Kate. Wake….' Seconds later he was lying flat on his back all the wind knocked out of him and a knee against his chest.

'DiNozzo…' She breathed deeply, regaining her breath as quickly as she could.

'Ow.' he groaned.

'Don't sneak up on me.'

'I bought coffee.' He wheezed. Kate simply brushed the hair out of her eyes and smiled, not moving a muscle.

'Are you going to let me go.'

'Why should I?' She smiled, good heartedly.

''Cos this will happen.' Tony knocked Kate's hand out from under her and flipped them both over. His nose was grazing against her, he could taste her breath on his lips.

IT was that very moment Gibbs walked past the bull pen. He heard a thud and wandered in to see what the fuss was about. Startled he found himself glaring at his two agents in a tangled heap on the floor.

'I'll call Gibbs if you don't let me go.' She whispered in his ear softly.

'Yes I'm sure he'd like to know what's going on.' Gibbs raised his voice. Startled they looked up. Above them Gibbs had his arms folded and a scowl plastered across his face. The two of them started a mad dash to stand up, papers flew as Tony grabbed the desk and a deafening rip sounded through the office. Tony went bright red. Kate would have asked why but Gibbs was watching they're every move very, very closely. Her eyes darted around trying to find something to look at other than her boss's cold eyes. They looked like two school children being scolded by the headmaster.

'WHAT. Is going on in here.' A consensus of sorry Gibbs and Head-nods greeted him as an answer.

'This is a federal building not a zoo.'

'Sorry Boss.'

'Sorry Gibbs.'

'Tidy this mess up then meet me in MTAC.' He barked. They nodded and Kate bent down to pick up the papers.

'Care to join me DiNozzo.'

'I would Kate, but these trousers are top of the range.'

'I didn't know top of the range trousers came with a rip at the seams. I see khaki is the new white.' She smirked at him.

'Yeah well Kate….' He paused. 'At least I don't drool in my sleep.' She checked to see where Gibbs was. Seeing no one in sight she swept his legs ot from beneath him so she was once again on top of him.

'Kate….' He rolled her round again and groaned loudly with the effort.

'Ton-' He leaned in to kiss her as there lips connected they both felt a burst of relief inside of them

'Yes Kate.' Tony whispered as they finally broke apart.

'Gibbs is behind you.'
