AN: A random short-story basically my attempt to get Emma and Will together- This is a short preview- let me know what you think.
I'm not pregnant Will!" Terri looked up at him with tear filled eyes. Terri and Will Schuster had been fighting over what color to paint the nursery and Terri's biggest secret just slipped out.
Will Schuster's mouth fell open, the shock registering on his face; he calmed wiped paint on his well-worn jeans and whispered, "What?"
Terri stood, shaking her head, "I'm….. I'm just kidding"
Will stared back at Terri, as if really seeing her for the first time "You're…." he paused, "Not pregnant".
Terri wiped her eyes and took a step towards Will "It was a joke" she pleaded.
Will took a step towards her and forcefully said "It's not funny" and before Terri could stop him he walked to her and lifted the hem of her light blue plaid shirt, he gasped at the fake belly peeking out from her jeans. He dropped the hem as if it were on fire and took a step back" You're NOT pregnant"
Terri tried to grab for him "Will you don't understand"
Will took another step back, "You're right… I don't understand" he took a breath, anger flashing in his eyes, "I know we've been fighting a lot lately Terri, but you lied, about the thing I wanted more then anything in the world…"
Terri choked back a sob and Will ran a hand through his hair…. "I think we need to take a break"
Terri let a sob escape and Will almost broke and went to her but her fake belly flashed through his mind, he turned from the room and turned towards their bedroom to pack a bag, not looking at her he said, "I'll be at my parents"
