Just found it to be cute, yet... wierd...
It's a little drabble :) I'm not the first person to do Pansy/Ernie but it is so uncommon that I don't think it has a name yet... so I'll call it Parnie :)

Ernie's year.
Very Pretty.
Very evil.
Very slutty... especially with Draco.
Why did he feel such jealousy.
Such hatred towards the boy.
He was but a Hufflepuff.
Loyal, friendly and kind.
He could never have her.
He knew that really.
He was the kind of boy that believed that happiness made the world go round.
That there was a pot of gold at every rainbow.
She was likely to turn Death Eater by age 25.
If they were still around that long.
Harry Potter was going to destroy them!
Ernie was optimistic about that!
Optimism.
Did she feel it too?
She wasn't soulless!
Not some terrible monster!
He thought.
Ernie Macmillan.
Pansy Parkinson.
Two different lives.
Two different worlds.
He looked across the great hall to the girl on Draco Malfoy's lap and realised that no matter how much he wanted it,
He would never be hers.
