AN: Okay, this is a one shot about death note I wrote after I watched L's death. The song that inspired me is Sleep by My Chemical Romance

Light Yagami POV
5, 4, 3, 2, 1! YES!
"Everyone, the shiniga-" L said, cutting off mid-sentence. His eyes seemed to bulge out for a second.
"Ryuzaki is something wrong?" my father said, looking at the now silent detective. L's hand, which was holding a teaspoon, seemed to tremble for a second before it happened. The teaspoon fell to the ground about 5 milliseconds before L did.
"Ryuzaki!" everyone in the room yelled when he fell over. I caught him in my arms right before he hit the ground. I grinned triumphantly as the great detective closed his eyes for the last time.
"Ryuzaki? Hey, Ryuzaki, wake up!" I said, pretending to be scared for the detective's life. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" I yelled, looking around wildly. "We're next! First Watari, then L! It'll be us next!" I yelled, putting down L's body and standing up.
"We should probably investigate the hallway" I said, walking out the door. Everyone but my elder sister, Yuki, left the room with me.
Yuki Yagami POV
After everyone had left I ran to L's body. I put my head on his chest, and started to silently cry, mourning the death of the world's greatest detective.
"Why does it have to end like this?" I asked myself. I went over to my bag, and took out a note I had written 4 months prior to this, and a bottle of pills. I walked back to L's body, and knelt next to him.
"Just shut your eyes, kiss me goodbye, and sleep" I quietly sang. I kissed the detective for last time, downed all of the sleeping pills, and held on to the man I loved as my world went black.
Light POV
We all walked back into the room. My father was the first in there, and right when he walked in he let out a cry and nearly collapsed. I walked in and saw my older sister Yuki lying across L's chest, not moving. I ran next to her and felt her wrist. No pulse. I noticed that besides her was a bottle of sleeping pills. An empty bottle of sleeping pills. On the desk I saw a note that wasn't there before. I took it and read it aloud.
"Dear Dad, Mom, Sayu, and Light,
If you are read this then that means two things: L is dead and so am I. I'm so sorry it had to end this way. I just couldn't take it. Ryuzaki and I have been secretly engaged for one month now, possibly longer when you are reading this. I wrote this in case I had to resort to dying like this. I love all of you, but the pain of live without the man I love would be too painful on me, and I would have just become a burden. I'm so sorry.
Just shut your eyes, kiss me goodbye, and sleep.
