A/N: If you do not know me well, or you are a new follower/reader of mine, then I would like to inform you that I start many more stories than I can finish. But anyway... Yeah... Let's continue on.

The Mushroom Kingdom: a massive, beautiful kingdom taking up the whole Mushroom Continent and a huge chunk of the world's economy. The kingdom where mushroomers, humans, wigglers and even a few stray koopa troopas live in peace. In the capital of this magnificent kingdom, the city of Toad Town, a courthouse stands.

An aisle runs through the middle of the main part of the courtroom. On both sides of the aisle, seven rows of seven chairs stand, with every chair filled with curious witnesses and journalists. In front of the seven rows stands a wall high enough for everyone to recognize that it's a wall, but low enough to see the judge's podium

"Please rise for the honorable Judge Toadette," Bowser Jr, who is the bailiff, commands. Everyone in the room rises as Toadette, wearing a black robe, walks in. Giving Bowser Jr an odd look, Toadette speaks to him.

"You? You're the bailiff?!"

"Yes I am!" Bowser Jr replied, winking to Toadette after. Toadette shivers from the action.

"I swear... I need to review the script... I hate these producers..." she sighed, then proceeds to sit down at her podium, a Book of Law sitting in front of her, "Well, Bowser Jr, what is this cause?"

Bowser Jr then starts to sweat nervously, "Umm... The files got lost..."

Toadette faceplams herself, "Then find an unsolved case in the system! The Mushroom Kingdom has a lot of those!"

Bowser Jr nods, then exits the room, apparently to find some court cases. As Toadette rests her forehead on her right hand, she mutters to the audience.

"You guys mind as well sit down. This might be awhile..."

A/N: So... Yeah! This is just the introduction of this fun idea I had.

Well, here is where your suggestions are wanted! If you want, you can submit a court case to me via PM, and I will include it in here. Do not worry, unregistereds: I will take guest reviews, but they will be deleted after I write down your idea(s).

Ideas must be suitable to the K plus rating, so I will not take murder or anything inappropriate.

If you do so, please list the plaintiff, the defendant/defense, and the crime or conflict. If you want to, you can also add the claim (amount of money, etc. that the plaintiff is suing the defendant) or the counterclaim (amount of money, etc. that the DEFENDANT is suing the Plaintiff).

OCs are also allowed to be either the plaintiff, the defendant, one of their lawyers or a witness. However, the only exception is BOTH the plaintiff and the defendant CANNOT be your OCs, just one.

I will only use a jury for criminal trials rather than civil trials. In jury cases, OCs will also be accepted.

So feel free to also choose their lawyers and witnesses. If you don't then I will automatically assign them.
