Memories of who I used to be
Summary: what if before Nny was Johnny he was Dib Membrane? Crossover with JtHM one-shot for now but it may be a long story later on.
Dear Die-ary
Its hard to belive I was once someone else. That so long ago I was a young foolish boy. Its hard to belive I wish to have back a father who called me insane and a little sister who spent all day playing video games... but the thing is they were there, they were alive
Johnny put down his Die-ary and looked out the window His thoughts rarely returned to Gaz and his father. They were part of Dib he was not longer Dib he was Nny now.
He closed his eyes and took a deep breath trying to remember who he used to be. He remembered why he became Nny. Dib was crazy about aliens Dib was weak. Dib got his family killed.
Johnny was just crazy, Johnny was strong, and Johnny killed people without a care. Johnny was everything Dib wanted to be.
Johnny slowly walked over to his boarded up windows and looked out at the stars. He thought about how many nights he wished to go over the stars, to be with his family. He sighed and decided he needed to go back to his hometown. He needed a vacation so he locked up his house, said goodbye to Squee and headed to the place he never really called home.

It was about 2 am when Johnny patrolled the streets. Soft snow covered the ground and more gently fell from the sky. Nny's footprints were the only ones in the fresh fallen snow. The town was silent and dark the way any town was at 2 am.
He knew spread though out the town they were all sleeping. Zita, Zooych, Mongo, Peeyoop, Letty, Keef, Old kid, Pig boy, all of them where asleep in their perfect little town with their wonderful lives. Zita was a kindergarten teacher, Keef an artist. They all had their lives. They all had stayed in that town and none of them knew the missing link was walking through the streets as they slept.
Johnny paused when he got to Zim's house. The base was dark and abandoned. Normally he would go in but that was Dib that wanted to go in Johnny wanted to move on.
When he got to the cemetery he slowly walked to the place he knew too well. Before he reached his destination he noticed something. Laying on the ground half covered in snow was a small robot. Nny lifted the robot and gasped when he noticed it was Gir. He expected the robot to jump on him and scream but the robots eyes remained dark. He brushed the snow off of the headstone he was next to. There was only one word on the cold stone and that was "Zim"
Johnny carried Gir with him along the gravestone until he reached the ones he was looking for. He brushed the snow off the stones and read the writing he had memorized so many years ago.
The first proclaimed, "Ali Membrane- the world was never meant for one as beautiful as you."
The second said "Professor Alan Membrane- Now I understand what you tried to say to me"
The Third, "Gaz Membrane- For they could not love you but still your love was true"
Johnny paused for a moment before he brushed the snow off of the final stone. He took a deep breath and read the writing. "Dib Membrane- They would not listen they're not listening still Perhaps they never will..."
No one in the sleepy town knew that Dib Membrane was not sleeping with his family under the cold blanket of snow, but he instead stood above, longing he was below
