In love with Kara Thrace it was easier to explain, his love for than the fact that he was a killer, dangerous, and on the other side of the War. That and well, she had killed him several times in the past. Then she married Five, one of the Final Five.

The doctor in the group of Cylon humanoid models. It would be right to destroy the Humans, but 1st do no harm. It was conflicting his programming and the way his personality reacted to each other leaving him in a far worse problem than that of the Civil War.
He had an amazing wife- Tory Foster, now as Sam Anders- the Viper pilot, who was scared of nothing other than losing Kara. They had their problems, but every couple does. Just look at One and Three. It made no sense, but to Cylon hell with it.
Caprica Six it made sense that she would be told to kill Gaius Baltar after receiving the proper information on Colonies Defense Systems. She didn't and she was glad that she hadn't. They were in love and were not about to let anything come between them.
Drunk XO and One-Eye-Tigh they made sense to him and every one else including his wife. He killed her once, accidentally he told himself later when he found out that he was a Cylon model. Hearing music in his head with no relief other than in that one room.
It was conflicting being two people at once. One was on Caprica with the Human man that she loved, while the other was planning to kill Adama. It didn't matter now that there would be half breed. Her call sign is now Athena which separates her from her Boomer side.
He is the Chief every Knuckle head looked up to him as the man in charge. His wife Cally had been killed by his younger sister, leaving him with Nicky. He couldn't do it alone. Racetrack and Hot Dog helped when ever they could, but Nicky still looked too much like Cally.
Makes sense she was drunk when she boarded Colonial One the day before the Colonies were destroyed. Cavil set her in the perfect place, close to the president, but not too close. She had no one who loved her besides Billy in his occasional idiocy.
She drank to hide her mistakes, not that any one cared about the XO's drunk ass wife. She was a fool going back to him before the final strike against the Cylons to retrieve Tara from the main Basestar. Now with a baby on the way it was the right thing to do.
Being a Cylon was destroying her, knowing that she couldn't die bothered her. It was the fact that Bill had been shot three more times in the chest by Boomer. That's what made it easier to over dose on the Chamalla that she had left. She hadn't told anyone she was killing her unborn baby.
