The start of a new battle

After the battle with Hei Long, Xiu is busy dealing with the events at the Iron Dimension. Meanwhile, in the gold dimension... "Wait, so you're saying he's my uncle!" *Please note that the updates will be almost non-existent as the plot bunny ran away before I manage to catch it. I'll update it if the bunny comes back for a visit. Meanwhile, feel free to pick this up.

"Lei Ke Si!"

Da Dong ran up to him with a huge smile on his face.

"You're really back!" He laughed. "I thought Jin Bao San was crapping around again."

It was just one week after Xiu attempted to revive their powers with electricity. He has already gone back to his own dimension to search for their alternative counterparts and Da Dong was bored out of his mind.

"Lei Ke Si, do you know how bored I have been for the past few days? I can't fight and I have to properly study and everything! And, you know..." Da Dong continued rambling and complaining to Lei Ke Si, like the battle with Hei Long didn't happen at all. Ya Se and Xiao Yu looked on, amused.

"Did the egoistic maniac even question why he is back?" Ya Se asked exasperatedly. "He just welcomed him back, no questions asked! No doubts or suspicions what so ever. It's times like this that makes me wonder how he became K.O 3 at all!"

"That's what makes Da Dong, Da Dong. And besides, he has us to count on to watch he back, doesn't he?" Xiao Yu said quietly.

"True," Ya Se agreed.

And with that, they walked back to class, with Da Dong talking all the way, although Ya Se made a mental note to question Lei Ke Si later.

After the 'war', Miss Melody came back and took over the position as Zhong Ji Yi Ban's form teacher again. Duan Chang Ren went back to running his stall despite the call for him to stay by the principals and the students alike. "This is not my place," he said, and went back to his mobile stall.

"Alright class! Let's turn to chapter 13!" Miss Melody chirped out amidst the groans of the class which continued until Da Dong glared at them.

While the lesson is going on, Lei Ke Si, Da Dong, Ya Se and Xiao Yu were having a discussion at the back of the class.

"Lei Ke Si, why are you back?" Ya Se asked, ignoring the sharp look Xiao Yu threw to him.

"Why are you asking that?" Da Dong retorted furiously. "What is it to you, Narcissist?"

"It was just a harmless question you ego maniac. And can you keep it down? I think the whole school heard you."

Da Dong opened his mouth, about to shoot a reply back when-

"Da Dong! Ya Se! Why are you talking? You're supposed to set a good example to your classmates to study for university, aren't you! You know, I have been worrying because of you! Yes, all of you! And that means I have to eat to distress! Which means my diet was a failure! This also means…" And Miss Melody continued into one of her famous rants that took up half the lesson. "…and now we only have half the period left!" She ended her rant. "So all of you better start paying attention to the lesson!"
