Author's Note: Another story, yay.. Enjoy and try to forgive me for any mistakes. I will try to get better at this. One-shot!
A Morning Suprise
After three months of absence Rick Castle, had returned like nothing had ever happened. Kate, still feeling heartbroken, had buried her feelings for him, inside of her, as deep as possible.
The boys had arranged a Welcome-back party exactly like his Going-away party 3 months ago. It didn't feel right being there, but she couldn't escape without raising suspicion from Castle.
So, she fled in the only available thing, alcohol. Kate zipped one beer after another, and after a while Castle challenged her to that drinking contest, Lanie warned him about 3 months ago. It took her 26 beers but she beat him.
After that her memories went blurry.

The morning came far too quickly for Kate. The early morning light came through her white curtains and woke her up. Unwilling to wake up she turned her head to the other side. She opened her eyes and a shock of fear went through her body, as she saw who was lying next to her. She instinctively created as much distance between them as possible, and crawled to edge of the bed.
"Not, very tactful Detective." She heard a voice say and looked towards Castle.
She met his now open eyes and tried to close her own.
"So, are you going to tell me what told me last night without being drunk?"
"Oh god!I didn't tell him did I?" It shot through head, like bullet.
"Yes you, did!" He said confirming her thoughts without knowing them.
When she kept quiet he toke it as sign he was right and took a breath.
"Well let me make it easier for you. Last night you told me, you broke up with Demming before I left for the Hamptons. And you broke up with him because he wasn't what you're looking for. So I will ask you; 'What are you looking for?"
Kate was biting her lip so hard it started bleeding a little.
"Kate, what are you looking for?"
"OKAY,FINE. YOU! IT'S YOU I'M LOOKING FOR. I'M IN LOVE WITH YOU. I DETECTIVE KATE BECKETT AM IN LOVE WITH RICHARD CASTLE, THE FAMOUS AUTHOR AND PLAYBOY. SO WE'LL HAVE A NICE TIME, YOU'LL GET BORED IN A MONTH AND DUMP LIKE A PIECE OF THRASH. LET'S JUST GET IT OVER WITH." Kate screamed out in complete tears.
Castle made his way to her as she continued crying. He pulled her into his embrace as she tried to fight him.
"Kate, calm down and listen to me for second. I am hopelessly in love with you too, and I will NEVER dump or leave you if only you give me chance to prove it."
He let go of her and lowered his head to make eye contact. He kissed her slowly but it conveyed more than enough to get Kate think straight again.
As they broke their kiss, they leaned against each other's head, eyes closed.
"Alright!" she whispered as she opened her eyes.
Rick's eyes shot open like a TV that was turned on. A smile rose up on his face and he moved leaned in closer to her.
"You will not regret this, I promise you!"
Author's Note: This was funny to write. It's been done a dozen times, but it was anyway. I could use the practice. This is a one-shot but I might change my mind about that if the reviews are better than I expect them to be.
