It was a nice and beauiful day on Angel Island and the guardian Knuckles the echidna was chilling out at the Master Emerald altar staring at the clouds.
"Man I love it here, no loud noise, no bright lights, and best of all no Sonic running his big loud mouth," Knuckles said to himself and absolute peace.
Knuckles stay there looking at the sky until his stomach start to grow.
"Boy I'm hungry, I guess I should go see, what I got to eat," Knuckles said rubbing his stomach.
Knuckles head to his hut to find something to eat.
"Now let's see what I'm in a mood for, Knuckles said picking up a cake book he had got from Amy for his last birthday
"Um, Banana Cream Pie, Apple Crumble, lemon Lime Cake, ooh my favorite Kiwi Surprise," Knuckles said smacking his lips together.
Knuckles walk to one end of his hut were a sack was, he look in it to see it was empty.
"Man, looks like I'm out of fruits, oh well, I guess I'll have to get some more
Knuckles grab the empty sack in headed out. Knuckles threw the mushroom forest until he stops at an Apple tree.
"Let's see, I need 20 apple, no problem, said," Knuckles has he hit the tree making exactly 20 apples fall out of the tree and into the sack.
"Now what's next on the list 10 banana," Knuckles said has he when to a banana tree.
"Well, no problem," Knuckles said as he got ready to hit the tree then a coconut hit him on the head.
"Ouch, who threw that," Knuckles demand.
Knuckles look up and saw a monkey on the top of a tree coconut tree.
"Oh great, just what I need a monkey, yo banana for brains stop throwing coconuts at me," Knuckles shouted.
The monkey threw another coconut at Knuckles and laugh, Knuckles block it and picked up a baseball size rock.
"Naw I don't want to really hurt the little guy," Knuckles said has he look up to see the monkey shake it rear at him.
"Ok, I change my mind," Knuckles said has he threw the rock at the monkey butt, making it jump up and down running off holding it butt.
Knuckles continue to collect food, he got Apples, Bananas, Melons, Blackberry, Blueberry, Oranges, Cranberry, Lemons, Limes, Cherries, and Peaches the only thing left for him to get was kiwis. The kiwis grew deep in the mushroom forest, Knuckles walk for awhile before making it to the kiwis bushes, as Knuckles started to pick them he hear a moan.
"Uh, who's there," Knuckles said has looking around and saw a purple cat unconscious behind the kiwis bushes.
"Hey, I know you; you're that cat from that other dimension," Knuckles said but she didn't respond Knuckles then pick her up.
"I'll take you back to my hut Knuckles, he said has he carry her to his hut.
