Hello there everyone! I'm Farfetch'dStories and this is my first attempt at a story. I'm very excited to begin my journey on and I certainly hope everyone feels the same way. The story is about a Farfetch'd superhero named Duckman. I gained my inspiration for this story during a random battle in which I used a Farfetch'd. Farfetch'd is usually named as one of the least powerful Pokémon of all time, yet I was extremely successful with him. He is a truly decent Pokémon and I felt he deserved more limelight, thus I created a story about him.
There are a few things to keep in mind. The most important thing to keep in mind is that there are absolutely zero humans in this story, only Pokémon. It is also to be noted that this Fanfiction takes place during the 2nd Generation, so only the original 251 Pokémon will be featured. Reviews are greatly appreciated, even those that are negative. Saffron City is a large city brimming with life. Pokémon are abundant here; with technology at its prime. Unfortunately, crime and poverty run rampant thanks to a sinister syndicate known as…Team Rocket! Team Rocket is the largest criminal gang throughout the entire region. Their leader is unknown, though his deeds certainly aren't. The Arcanine Police Force have done all they can to thwart the Rockets…with largely unsuccessful results. The entire region is close to complete despair, with no single individual able to save themselves. The Pokémon need a savior…they need hope. This city has a hero though…a hero they need, but don't know about. His name is…
…"Ch'ding, time for lunch!" An Ampharos yells. He is the proud butler of Ch'ding; a seemingly average duck. He is a very wealthy bird…with over ten million Poké-dollars. This duck; however, has a large secret. He is the strongest Farfetch'd in the world (which isn't saying much). Ch'ding has eaten one too many proteins; and as a result, his body and mind are five times that of the average Farfetch'd. He loves his city and would do anything he could to protect it…even if it meant risking his life to thwart Team Rocket! Mild-mannered mallard by day…destructive duck by night! Duckman is going to "quack" down on crime!
