D.B Russel walked in the street. It was a cold december day. Snow had fallen everywhere and the wind hit his face with force. He had a comfortable and hot coat but he was freezing. He continued to walk. He didn't want to be frozen. Everything was too cold. How can it be so cold ? He hated the cold. Winter wasn't his favorite period of the year. He liked summer, or spring. But definitively not winter. Even his breath was freezing.

D.B suddently saw a figure farther in the street. A woman who he could recognize everywhere. She had blond hair and penetrating blue eyes. And she was his chief. The chief of their team. He had an idea. This idea would make winter funnier. D.B took some snow on his gloves. He formed a ball with it. He looked at the blond woman one last time, and threw his snowball to her. The ball ended at the back of her coat.

She turned aroud, scanning the street to see who had done that. She finally stared at D.B who was trying to hide his laugh behind his gloves. The blond woman joined him. She had sparkles in her blue eyes. She chewed her lower lip. Then, she said dryly :

Russel. I see you coudn't help but throw this snowball at me like a child ? It was you, am I right ? You were bored, and you thought : Oh, if I threw a snowball to the first person I know in this street, It would be so fun ! And don't try to muddle up me. I know you did it !

Avery ! Look, there is a simple explanation…

I don't think so. You are the culprit. No need to be a psychologist to see that. You've got snow on your gloves, you were just behind me, and you are laughing. Admit it.

Okay, It was me. I surrender. Can I offer you a hot chocolate for you to forgive me ?

If you want, Russel. But you are already forgiven. Just don't do that again. That's all.

They went to a coffee shop. D.B bought two cups of hot chocolate. As they were walking in the street, he said :

Don't you think it's just like we are at a ski station ? With the snow and the hot chocolate ?

Maybe. But we aren't skiing, and I don't see any sapin. It's a pity.

You know, I'v got an idea. Let's go to the Cyber division.

What ? But...Why ?

You'll see, Avery. You'll see. You'll have your trees and the ski.

They went to the Cyber Division. D.B got in Krummy and Nelson's office. Avery followed him. The boys were playing to a new game with 3D glasses. It was a game with trees and skis, as D.B had said. Krummy and Nelson gave Avery and Russel their glasses, and after explaning the controling fonctions, they exited the office. D.B observed the glasses. Avery was holding it too, suspicious. He told her :

Put them on. It's safe, I swear. You don't fall for real.

Avery didn't answered but she put the glasses on. She made a face. She said :

I think I hit a tree….It was strange. Good thing we can't feel things in this game. Oh, and there is a fox ! Oh my god ! OhmygodOhmygodOhmygod ! He's running towwards me ! He has big, giant teeths ! And those eyes ! It's creepy ! Why is there a fox here ?

She was apparently trying to hit the fox. D.B hadn't put his glasses on. He stood beside her, amused by her reflexions. She really was amazing. She succeed in getting rid of the fox, because she shouted happily :

Russel ! Look ! He's fleeing ! Yeah ! Back off, mean animal !

D.B laughed frankly this time. She was discovering this game, and it was way distracting to see that. More distracting than the game itself, in fact.
