Batman and Green Ranger
Tommy was once the Green Ranger, and Bruce was once Batman. But countless battles and weird adventures later, they had retired and moved on in life.
They kept a small home somewhere between Angel Grove and Gotham. The biggest conflicts they now had were things like picking pizza toppings or choosing a TV channel.
At night they dreamed of distant planets, taking on evil masterminds and saving the world.
Daylight washed these memories away, as did the passing years.
They wouldn't be fighting crime or beating up aliens anytime soon, but they were happy and that's what really mattered.
Someday trouble may find them, but for now Batman and the Green Ranger had hung up their costumes and set course into a future together.
