When Steve crashed the plane, when Thor broke the bridge, when Tony flew through the wormhole. What where they thinking? This is a short poem from their point of view to their loved ones. It is only loosely based on the stories and is not specific to any.

We cannot all pass the test,

Disappeared into the black,

But in the darkness I will wait,

The pain I caused,

But you would not have endured,

It would have killed you,

But that may have been better,

Than what I made you suffer through,

The destruction I caused,
