"All we went through that day, JUST FOR FAILUE." I yelled, enraged. "Years ago when Bowser commissioned me to defeat Mario… And my soldiers couldn't even do that simple task… We're supposed to be a military, not a circus…" My talking got lower, until it stopped at a quiet mumble, and I heard a knocking.
"Come in." I said. It was my trusted assistant, Lieutenant Guy. "Sir, it is time for your speech." He said in a calm manner. "Very well, allow me to get my proper clothes on." I replied, still angry.
I put on my hat, my white suit, and my badges. I polished a golden medal in particular. I exited my quarters, and walked down the long hall. I looked over my shoulder several times, as If I felt I was being watched. I finally exited onto the training grounds. This wasn't Shyguys Toy box, no. It was a different place, on the outskirts of the mushroom kingdom.
As I gave my speech about increasing our strength, my mind was thinking about something else. "Why was I so certain I was being followed… You're dreaming, General Guy. Stay focused." As the shyguys saluted me, their General, I walked off. I went back to my room. I saw strange shadows along the hall this time. Shadows I had never seen the other times I walked this hall.
I entered my quarters, and quickly locked the door. As I began walking towards my desk, I felt the presences of someone else. I looked behind me, and saw a shadowy figure. The figure was exactly my height, but wore a dark black cloak. "You cannot let yourself be a failure any longer, you must attack. Ready your troops, man! You may have lost, but war can still come, strike in this time of peace."
That is all that the shadowy figure said. Before I could ask the figure anything, he disappeared. I considered this a sign. A sign of my victory against the mushroom kingdom.
