1Author's Note: Since it is Justin Bartha's birthday, I decided to do a fic for it. Here's what I think would happen on Riley's 30th birthday. It is short. Sorry.

A Very Surprising Birthday.

Riley awoke with a smile on his face. Today was July 21st. Riley Poole's 30th birthday. He dressed and went downstairs to start his day. Ben and Abigail were in the kitchen cooking breakfast.

"Good morning. Ain't it a great morning?" Riley asked with a big smile on his face.

"Yeah great," Ben answered.

"Do you even know what day is?" Riley asked.

"The 21st?" Ben asked.

"Yes but it has something to do with history," Riley egged on.

"Oh yeah today was The First Battle of Bull Run at Manass Junction, Virginia in 1861. The first major battle of the Civil war. The Confederate won," Abigail made known.

"Thanks guys," Riley mumbled.

Riley went to the front hall and grabbed his keys.

"I'm going out," He called and walked out the front door.

When he left, Ben and Abigail laughed.

"He has no idea," Ben laughed.

"Is everything in place?" Abigail asked.

"Yeah. We just have to make the cake," Ben answered.

Riley drove down the road not caring where he was going.

'I can't believe they forgot my birthday,' he thought tom himself.

He was kicked out of his thoughts when his cell phone rang.

"Hello?" he asked answering it.

"Riley. Riley you have to come home quick," Abigail stated hysterically.

"Why? What's wrong?" Riley asked urgently.

"It's Ben. Me and him were talking one minute and the next thing I know he was on the floor grabbing his heart. Riley he won't wake up. Please come home," Abigail cried.

"I'm on my way," Riley told her.

He hung up and turned around. Speeding to the house he forgot about his anger and focused on Ben. When he got home, he rushed inside and was met with a roar of,

"SURPRISE!"

He stopped and looked around. Ben, Abigail, Agent Sandusky, Patrick, Emily, and a bunch of Ben's friends stood in the front hall with party decorations and a DJ and a table full of food.

"Happy Birthday Riley!" Ben smiled.

"You guys did this?" Riley asked.

"Of course. What kind of friends would we be if we forgot your birthday?" Abigail asked.

The party carried on like any normal party. Before they cut the cake Ben got up on the DJ table.

"I just wanted to say that Riley Poole is one of the greatest friends I have ever had and I consider him a little brother. I made this video for him and I hope he likes it," Ben told everyone.

Everyone watched the video. It showed different pictures of Riley and Ben. Set to You'll be in my Heart by Phil Collins. When it was over Riley had tears in his eyes. He hugged Ben as people clapped. This was the best birthday ever.
