Miku stood at the edge of the cliff, tears streamed down her face. She had lost all hope. She tried to live on for the sake of her loved one but with him gone she felt empty. She felt as if life was completely meaningless. She stood threr staring down a her certain death. Just one step and she could give into that sweet surrender. Even if she was considered weak and cowardly, what is a world without the one you considered your true love. What is a world where you no longer have the ability to be happy. To feel pain at the sight of others happiness, and to suffer at the mentioning of a name. She slid her foot closer to the edge.
"MIKU! Stop! What are you doing?" She spun wide eyed at the sound of the familiar voice. Miku looked around helplessly only to find nothing. "I'm finally going crazy, aren't I? Hearing your voice when you no longer exist. Xavier. I'm sorry but i can no longer stand to be living while you lay beneath the ground rotting." A sob shook her form. "Miku. Please dont throw your life away. Why would you go agianst my final wish. Do you not love me enough to listen?" "Xavier." she sobbed. "I cannot continue this life without you. I miss your warmth, your love. I miss everything. I have no hope left in me." Suddenly before her a transparent figure materialized.
"Miku, my love, i understand your pain, but this is not the solution." She stared, tears streaming down her face. "Xavier, why do yo taunt me with your presence?" The figure began to grow more solid. "Because I am now your guardian angel. I will be with you until the day we can really be together agian. I promise to watch over you and protect you, but if you continue with this plan, then there is no hope left for our reunital." Xavier walked up to her just as he became fully solid and wrapped warm arms around her. "You must die a just death before we can live on together forever." She wept so hard. "But must i wait that long?" A warm droplet splashed on her face. A tear, but not hers. "I have read what happens in you're life...if all goes as planned we will be joined shortly." She looked up to see tears streaming down his face. "What's the matter Xavier?" "The one you trust will lead a betrayal...and your death. A bitter sweet betrayal, but a betrayal none the less." Miku hugged him tighter. "Then watch over me my guardian angel until that moment. Then carry me into the sky so that i may have my peace with you." "Finally, a promise i can keep." A quiet chuckle rumbled from his chest.
