Letters Of Hope (S.A)
A/N: I liked this idea because I have never seen it done. Hopefully it is unique and to your liking! The first chapter is an introduction of how Alice got a hold of the letters, then the rest are letters from Jasper. Perhaps I may even have Alice write some replies... Also, I may give references to some of my other fictions, but don't fret, you will still understand the story if you don't read my other stories.
Once again, Stephanie Meyer owns Twilight and its characters.
Enjoy!
-S.A
Alice fumbled teasingly over a small bow tie on her gift. Jasper returned the tease by growling playfully. He reaches over and ripped the bow off, causing Alice to giggle.
This was Christmas at the Cullen's. Or more particularly Christmas with Alice and Jasper. The family had finished opening the family gifts and all that were left for Alice and Jasper were the gifts that they had bought each other. Jasper had brought her outside on the balcony for that.
Alice and Jasper sat on the balcony swing with their bodies cuddled together and left hands clasped together as tight as possible. Their heads were touching, making it easier to share a few Christmas kisses now and then.
Alice began to tear the wrapping paper as slow as possible. This was painful for Jasper for he was quite looking forward for the emotions of surprise that would soon be emanated from her. Yes, it was finally true. Jasper had finally surprised Alice with something. It had taken him sixty-two years, but it would be worth it.
No words had yet been spoken between the two of them. Words were unnecessary with their strong connection. They could understand each others thoughts, rendering verbal communication used less then normal couples.
Jasper began to impatiently help her tear the dark blue shimmery paper. When they had finished, a pile laid at their feet of the blue paper. What remained was a tin box a little larger then a book. The box was the same shimmery dark blue with a large silver ribbon tied around it. Alice caught Jasper's eye and he nodded his permission to open it.
Alice tugged the ribbon open as gently as possible, curiosity and the urge to look into the future tainting her cheerful emotions. The silver ribbon fell to her legs and what was left was the lid to the tin box until she could find out what resided in that box.
She squeezed Jasper's hand before carefully tugging off the tin lid. Alice placed it down beside them on the balcony seat.
Inside the box, laid many folded pieces of paper, some old, some new, with the newer ones resting more at the bottom and the older ones at the top. Her emotions peaked with envy to open them.
She leaned up to kiss Jasper in appreciation. After a short kiss, he motioned for the letters that lay unopened, waiting for Alice to read. Alice nodded and reached her hand in to gently grab the first one.
A/N: How was that? That there was the first chapter of Letters Of Hope. The next chapter will be posted as soon as I get five reviews. I will respond personally to every review.
