Hey guys! i wanted to apologies for deleting the other story :( i just felt like it was just terribly boring and too basic. I've been working on this story and i like it better ! so i hope you enjoy i think this one will be worth it :)

Ally Dawson greeted her best friend Trish De La Rosa as she entered Myriad Coffee. It was a crisp November morning in New York city, a good time for some nice coffee or some sweet hot chocolate.

For some unknown reasons, Ally felt particularly awful that morning.

"Hey Trish,"

"Hi Ally what's with the messed up hair? You look like you got ran over by a truck." Trish questioned the brunette behind the counter.

"Thanks Trish..." Ally groaned.

The Latina snorted and shrugged, "Hey, as your best friend I have to tell you when you look like a mess."

"I actually woke up today with a feeling that today is just not my day."

Trish rolled her eyes at her best friend, she pretty much did the same thing almsot everyday. She would come at work and just complain before doing her job. Trish knew this is not what she spent all her life studying for but what other solution did she have?

"Ally, do you think you can actually come at work one day and not feel like actual shit?"

"No."

"Ugh well hurry! There are already several clients waiting outside"

Ally made her way to the back of the shop, she found Carrie who was already wearing her uniform and was heading back.

"Hey Ally!" The bubbly Blonde waved at her.

"Hi Carrie, I see you're ready just give me a minute I'm going to change," she smiled at her.

"Okay!"

Ally absolutely loved Carrie, she always thought she was one of the best part about her job, even though this wasn't what she wanted to do. Carrie always made her smile or laugh, she was one of those people who were always optimist about everything.

Once Ally was done putting her shirt and apron, she made her back to the dinning room. The room was already filled with many costumers as usual.

"Ally could you hurry! These coffees and hot chocolates won't fly their ways to the costumers." Elliot screamed.

Elliot was the boss and to be frank Ally did not like the way he yelled at her all the goddamn time. She knew she wasn't the best but she was trying.

"Coming boss!" she responded as she quickly took her bloc note and pencil and hurried to take the already served coffees and hot chocolates to the costumers.

"On the way!" she exclaimed to her co-workers as she served the orders.

"Here you go sir, one espresso doppio," Ally smiled at the old man.

"Thank you lovely."

"Ally! Two large black coffee outside at table two!" Trish exclaimed.

"I'm on it!" Ally took the two drinks and smiled at Trish.

She was reading a magazine behind the counter, Typical Trish. Ally was glad her favorite Latina had found a job that she liked, sitting behind the counter and taking the money as she read her fashion magazines. Not like Ally who wished she still had her job.

Ally walked outside as she was deeply into her thoughts.

"Alright! Here you go two bl-"

All of a sudden, someone had pushed their chair as they got up which made Ally step back. As she tried to gain some balance, she spilled one of the coffees on herself. Everything happened so fast, Ally winced, the hot drink burning and wetting her white tee-shirt. She immediately let go of the cups, they fell down breaking to pieces.

"Oh shit!" A masculine voice murmured, "I apologize Miss..." The voice spoke up.

Ally looked up and her eyes met guilty hazel ones. Ally would have been on fire if the coffee wasn't already burning her chest. The man was just unbelievably attractive. He had beautiful blond hair, which looked like hay because of the reflection of the sun. His jaw, lord. Ally was almost certain god sculpted it himself or that man was god himself. His hazel eyes reflected some golden rays from the sun as he searched her brown ones still waiting for her answer.

Ally did not answer, still chocked by the hotness of both coffee and man. his eyes drifted to her badge. He smirked, taking a long look at the little brunette's cleavage.

"Okay eyes up here? I'm guessing you're illiterate since you've been staring longer than you should have. It's Ally," She said clearly annoyed.

The handsome stranger blinked and looked, "Of course, I apologize miss Ally."

"This day could not get worse. Thank you," Ally replied enraged.

"Actually it can. In my office now."

Ally turned around as she met eyes with a pissed Elliot.

"Coming boss" she sighed.

"Ally those are the fourteenth cups you've broken...this week!" Elliot exclaimed

"I am so sorry that's because that guy literally bumped into me! I swear I'll do better I promise." Ally protested

"I am sure you will," He replied, Ally smiled "But not here Ally, I am sorry I have to fire you. You broke too many cups, we have to buy new ones every week because of you. And I can't keep doing that sorry," He sighed

"Okay, I totally understand," Ally whispered her smile fading away.

"You can stay until lunch. Then you can leave the uniform and leave" Ally nodded.

She got up and made her way back to the dinning room. Ally tried her best to not cry in front of everyone, being seen as weak was the last thing she wanted to do after being fired. After She told Trish and Carrie the bad news, she continued her job– well not really anymore.

After Ally, Trish and Carrie headed back to the coffee shop from lunch, Ally gave back her tee-shirt and apron and left. Trish had offered her a ride home but she told her it was fine, she needed a walk to clear her head anyways. Ally basically stayed out the whole afternoon, trying to come up with a solution to her problems.

How was she supposed to pay her apartment now that she was fired? She didn't know what to do since she couldn't get a job for three years. Ally used to be a secretary at Walton's company before she worked at Myriad Coffee. But after an incident, she got fired and cannot get a job for three years. And since she was friends with Elliot he got her a job as a waitress. That's all he could do for her.

Austin Moon was just coming back from one his meetings with his business partners. They had made a huge deal with one of the companies in New York. His friend and business partner Jace had offered him a guys night out to celebrate. He wanted to go to the new club nearby but Austin declined his offer. They were in New York for only three days and Austin didn't want to waste it drinking. As Austin made his way to his car, he turned around a corner and stopped when he saw the cute brunette he basically gave a shower to at the Myriad Coffee on the other side of the street. She was reading something on her phone. He was really hoping she wasn't in trouble because of the event of that morning. Austin found her beyond gorgeous actually… and she was so curvaceous.

Austin chuckled at the thought of her feisty funny memory was short-lived. All of sudden a car pulled up next to the brunette.

Oh shit

He watched as the girl shook her head, obviously declining the driver's invitation to get into the car but he kept persisting. She started to walk away but the driver was following in his car. Austin watched her as she started to walk faster. She took her phone clearly trying to call for help. She was terrified, her hands shaking as she tried to call faster. Austin found it strange that there wasn't anyone around...

He crossed the street and slowly walked in her direction. The brunette didn't look up, didn't notice him. While moving directly in front of her, Austin looked at the car thinking about a way to get it away. It all happened so fast, out of the blue. She suddenly flung herself into his arms, he could feel her hand clinging to her phone into her chest as she took deep breaths. Austin took a look at the man in the car.

Asshole.

"Oh my god," she breathed into the cotton of his shirt. "Please, just play along alright?" her arm was steel around his ribcage, her voice barely audible. Austin was stunned for a second. Oh how the tables have turned. If the situation wasn't so serious, Austin would've grinned.

"I see him," Austin responded as he looked at the man.

He was still there, looking at a loss, confused by the blond and the brunette. Austin placed his arms around her as if he knew her. He kind of did since her gaze nearly killed him that morning. On a playful impulse, he ran his hands up and down her waist. She tensed, breathing faster now. The car finally sped away in a flash. The brunette released him quickly as soon as she heard the car drifting away.

"I'm so sorry," she said in a hurry. "But he wouldn't stop insisting on giving me a ride." Her hand with her phone on it was still shaking due to what had just happened. She looked up and her eyes widened as she recognized the man she was just holding on for dear life few minutes ago.

Austin looked into her eyes. he imagined what they would look like when she was happy. He wanted to ask her if she didn't get in trouble that morning because of him but it was clearly not the time or the place.

"Guess I'll have to cancel my concert tonight." He said as he tried to lighten the mood.

The brunette tilted her head to the side and frowned in confusion. two seconds later, she understood.

"Haha," She wasn't ready for humor apparently.

Austin contained a grin, she was unbelievably adorable in the moment.

"Do you want me to call you a cab to go home?"

"No!" she exclaimed, "Because of what just happened I'm not feeling like taking a cab besides, I don't have any money with me since I got fired."

"What? What do you mean fired? Is it because of this morning because I can totally go talk to your boss and tell him it was an accident."

"Don't bother, yes it's partly because of what happened today but also because I am not a good waitress."

"Then why were you a waitress..." Austin asked in confusion.

"Because that's the only job I could get. I used to be a secretary for an advanced environmental recycling Technologies company but something happened and I got fired AND my boss made sure I wouldn't get a job for three years so yeah." She sighed.

Austin looked down at the brunette and grinned.

"Well Miss..."

"Ally, remember? Ally Dawson."

"Right. Miss Dawson The Name's Moon, Austin Moon. I happen to run an advanced environmental recycling Technologies company In Miami and happen to need a new secretary. How about I give you a ride home? I promise I am not a serial killer." Austin chuckled.

"I'll give you my number so we can meet up tomorrow to discuss about it at the Myriad Coffee."

Ally smiled, "Holy pickles, don't fuck with me like this. Seriously?"

Damn I would love to.

"Absolutely, Miss Dawson. So, what do you say?"

"Are you sure? I mean this morning I was literally about to kick your ass."

"Yes," He suppressed a grin."Besides, I am the reason you were fired today so I guess I owe you,"

Ally looked up at him again, eyes roaming his face before biting her lip and looking down at the ground. Austin tried to keep a serious look on his face when all he just wanted was to smile. He wanted to reach out and brush her bottom lip out with his thumb.

"Well, you kind of already saved me from whatever that creep was up to," she shrugged.

"Yes but my company also need intelligent women like you Miss Dawson. And I'm guessing you really liked your job. Am I wrong." He raised his eyebrows.

"Yes, I loved my job." Ally looked down. blushing at the compliment.

"Then I am giving you a chance. Shall we?"

Austin had dated several women in his life, but had certainly never met a woman like Ally. She was this combination of impossibly cute and sexy at the same time. The worst part is that she was not even trying. As she walked in front of him, Austin took another discreet look at her curves. He felt practically blessed. she was not just intelligent but also stunning.

After they passed a few blocks, they had finally reached Austin's car. The ride was short. Ally happened to live just a few buildings away.

"Well this is it. Thank you for the ride, Austin and thank you for helping me out. that's really sweet."

"Of course Miss Dawson."

"You can call me Ally," she replied unbuckling her seat-belt.

"Right, Ally...Here, my number just tell text me tomorrow and tell me when you want to meet."Austin handed her a small card.

"Thanks, I guess i will see you tomorrow Mr. Moon." Ally smiled one last time before she got out of the car and made her way to her building

fuck.

Austin nodded at her

He was one hundred percent sure she swayed her hips just to mess with his mind. That woman was powerful. and Austin wanted powerful women in his company... and his life.
