Nightmares aren't always reality

This is a poem about the nightmares about Kagome that Inuyasha gets every time he sleeps . Please read and review!

Each night...

I see the water and beneath,

I see her lifeless body.

I can't see her beautiful eyes,

nor can I hear her lulling voice,

Neither can I smell her sweet vanilla scent.

The worst part of the nightmare is that I see her

blood on my hands, and the jewel in it.

But, when I wake up I see her laying there,

so perfect, then I smell her wonderful scent,

and then she slowly opens her eyes,

a smile fills her face,

"Good morning Inuyasha".
