The story begins soon before Natsu and Lucy sneak off on that S-class quest.
Lucy
The large oak doors of the Fairy Tail guild hall creaked open, silencing everyone who resided inside. In strode a teen aged girl, her face hidden away in her gray hoodie. Under her ripped jeans lay heavily bandaged legs. This mysterious girl limped into the hall, her beet up sneakers squeaking against the polished marble floor.
"Kimiko...?" Gray wondered under his breath by my side. Who was this girl? Was she a guild member I'd never met before? I suppose it still hadn't been very long since I'd joined Fairy Tail, it was very possible.
"Kimiko!" Erza called. She ran to embrace the injured teenager. Seriously, who was this girl?!
The two quickly engaged in chatter and soon everyone had continued with their own business. Everyone except Gray.
"I wonder who hurt her this bad..." The ice wizard murmured to himself. He gritted his teeth, "I'll kill whoever did!"
"Knowing Kimiko, she already has," Natsu mused.
"Who is Kimiko?!" I yelled, a little too loudly. Everyone turned to stare at me. Including this Kimiko. I caught sight of two startling crimson eyes. Kimiko stared at me menacingly. My heart skipped a beat. Kimiko was scarier then Erza! Then as soon, as she had startled me so, a smile lit up her face.
She walked up to me, hugging me - to my surprise. "Hello! I'm Kimiko! You must be new here. What's your name?" It was a pleasant shock to find how friendly she was.
"Umm... I'm Lucy," I couldn't help but feeling timid after the peircing stare she had given to me just moments ago, even if she was showing me so much kindness.
She smiled again, "Welcome to Fairy Tail!"
I apologize for how short it was, but I knew that if I wrote anymore the Chapter would never end. This is my first story and I'm open to suggestions on how to improve my writing, as well as tips on how to manipulate this website I'm pretty sure that I named this chapter wrong, but just so that we're clear, this is the first chapter. Thank you so much and don't forget to review! All I need is one review to write the next chapter, I just want to know that there are actually people seeing my work. Thanks!
