Dear Diary,
The day has finally come that those two stick in the mud OLD roommates of mine are gone. I am so glad to finally be rid of them. They were always cramping my style just sitting home all day, never wanting to go out and meet men. Well, I guess that is what happens when you get to be their age. I am so fortunate to be young, stunning, vivacious, and with such a spectacular personality to boot.
Oh my goodness, I am going to be swamped with potential roommates. What women wouldn t want to live with me? Of course, she cannot be younger than me, or prettier than me. HA! HA! Who am I kidding? I think I will go down to the supermarket today and post an ad on the bulletin board, but first let me go freshen up. I ve been known to snag a date or two at that supermarket. Maybe I will stroll up and down the hardware aisle pretending to be perplexed by wide range of tools and gadgets eagerly awaiting the assistance of a strong man who prefers the hands on approach with work boots, a tool belt, and a five o clock shadow.
