Bloody kunais and shurikens were embedded into the ground. Surrounded by charred trees, the Sharingan user yelled out with frustration, "DAMN YOU, ITACHI!"
He felt a faint familiar chakra behind him.
The Uchiha spun around, red eyes spinning with fury.
There stood the girl. Haruno Sakura. The one who loved him for who he was. His light. His angel.
No, he couldn't have her. He was a demon, tainted with bloodlust.
"What are you doing here Sakura?" Sasuke spat venomously.
"Sasuke, revenge will do you no good, but at least let me be there for you," Sakura begged.
"Sakura, we can never be together! Don't you understand that? I'm a demon! You're the angel. You belong in heaven, and I belong in hell," Sasuke cried infuriated at the girl's innocence.
"I don't believe that," the cherry blossom said firmly.
"…"
"If you were in hell, so would I. Even heaven is hell without you," Sakura explained
Sasuke's eyes widened slightly. He was used to Sakura's love declarations, but the words seemed so sincere and close to his heart.
He inwardly smile.
"Thank you, Sakura," Sasuke replied softly.
The two parted ways. Forever apart, yet eternally together.
The unspoken words lingered in the air…
Hell would become my Heaven if you were with me, my cherry blossom.
