CHAPTER 1
In Jump City Prison
"Quick! Catch them! The prisoners are escaping!"
The guards ran in all directions, searching for the missing criminals. From above, Gizmo swooped down and threw mini bombs at them, making them unconscious.
"Hehe, got them all" Gizmo said in his usual tone.
"Yeah, but there's a lot more in the building!" the Puppet King yelled out.
"He's right. We need to clear the place out for a special event" said Dr. Light, blasting a few guards with his sonic light machine.
"I'm working on it, scum-buffing-idiot" muttered Gizmo.
He headed to the control room and hacked all the computers. Now, every jail cell was opened.
Everybody got out from their cells and knocked out all the guards. They gathered them in a pile and locked them in a high security cell. Once they were finished with that, they all gathered in the largest room in Jump City Prison. Mumbo made a microphone appear right in front of his eyes. He then handed it over to Professor Chang. Everybody gathered as a crowd and watched to see what Professor Chang would say next.
"Finally. Now that's over, we can begin our special-" Professor Chang exclaimed.
"Woo-hoo! Okay, Ladies and Gentlemen, now I will perform my amazing act" Mumbo said, happily.
"NO! We did not do all of this, just to see one of your lame tricks!" Johnny Rancid yelled out from the crowd.
"Yeah! What he said!" Control Freak screamed.
"Shut up! No one wants to hear it from you!" Kitten said, nastily.
"Says the girl whose spider-head boyfriend dumped" Control Freak said.
"Hey! Stop your chattering!" yelled out Billy Numerous "I heard this year's ceremony's gonna be a hooting blast and I don't want no person interrupting!"
Kitten shot a menacing look at Control Freak while he stuck out his tongue. Everybody ignored them and looked back at Professor Chang.
"Okay, like I was saying, we are about to start our annually Villain Ceremony"
Everybody cheered except Mad Mod. He was in his youth form. No one knows for sure how he had got back to being young. Some suggest that he drank some chemicals, making him turn into a young man again. Mad Mod stood up with a confused look on his face.
"Now, what exactly do you do during a villain ceremony?" asked Mad Mod.
The Master of Games began to spoke up," Well…it's quite simple. We, THE VILLAINS, gather together every year, to have a ceremony. We give out our acknowledgement to those who have been elected as one of the clever villains. For the best villains, one of them receives a prize."
"And the prize is so groovy" Ding Dong Daddy replied.
"But every year, the prize changes and each one is better than the other" Dr Chang said.
"Yes dearie, last year was a-"
"Can we JUST get on with the event!" Dr. Light cut off Mother Mae Eye.
Everybody looked up at him and realized he was right.
"But first, do you want to know what the prize is…."
