I think Davis is a cool character. I just don't think Kari is the girl for him. That is why this story is written. In my 3rd fic for Fanfiction.net, Davis gets a girlfriend.

Someone Nice for Davis

By: Stealth Photographer

From Davis's P.O.V.

For the longest time, I was interested in the cutest and nicest girl I had ever met, Kari Kamiya.

I had met her, at a soccer game. Her bother Tai was a famous soccer player, and I was honored to meet him. He was teaching me all the moves he had. I even got a pair of square goggles so I could look like him. That is when I saw her.

She had come to cheer her brother on. She had sparkling eyes, and beautiful, brown hair. She had a camera around her neck, wearing it like a necklace. Her beauty immediately took me in.

I quickly ran over to her, and asked her if she wanted to go on a date. But she declined, but said, that I was a cute boy, and would love to get to know me better. I never stopped wanting to go out with her, but even then I could see that she had someone else on her mind.

That is when he entered the picture. The first day of seventh grade (or 5th grade if you use the Japanese Calendar) a boy with blond hair and blue eyes transferred to our school. When she saw him, I saw her eyes light up brighter then I had seen before.

A feeling of jealousy came over me. I remember my first meeting with him.

I ran to the library and saw the two of them talking. I said, "Hey Buddy!"

Kari turned around and said, "His name isn't Buddy. It's T.K."

I saw the seriousness in her eyes when she defended T.K.'s name.

It was also that day we entered the digital world and I meet Veemon. I could tell that T.K. had feelings for Kari too, but was too shy to admit it. Although he almost did when Kari was trapped in that city. During the battles I found T.K. was a great person, and if it wasn't for the fact that we were both interested in the same girl, I think we could have been best friends.

After we learned about the four guardians of the digital world that were sealed away by the Dark Masters, I learned that Courage and Friendship worked best together. As did Love and Sincerity. Along with the spirits of Knowledge and Reliability. Kindness tied them all together. I had both spirits, as did Yolie and Cody. Ken had the spirit of Kindness. But Kari had the spirit of Light and T.K. had the spirit of Hope, which also belonged together. And unlike the rest of us, they only had one spirit each.

That is when I saw the picture. (This is the picture Matt took in my 2nd Story, INNOCENT HEARTS) They were both eight years old. Their foreheads were pressed up against each other's. Their arms cradled each other's neck. While they held each other's free hand. They looked so peaceful, sleeping there together. Almost like they were meant to be. That is when I knew.

It's been a couple of months since that day, and T.K. finally admitted that he has feelings for Kari, and they are going out. My DNA Partner Ken is going out with Yolie. Cody is too young to think about girls right now, so here I am, alone.

"Excuse me," a girl said.

I turn to look at her and say, "What's up Rachael?"

Rachael said, "Would you like to go out with me, on a date?"

I smile and say, "Lets go."

We walk away and silently under my breath I say, "Thank you Stealth Photographer."

Rachael said, "What did you say?"

I said, "Oh, I'm just talking to my self."
