Mrs. Knight came home from the pet store with a dog on leash in hand.

"Did you get it?" Katie asked, excited.

"Yes I did. And here she is" Mrs. Knight took off the leash of a mostly black dog, with white paws, white stomach, and a big black spot in the middle of her tummy. Mrs. Knight handed the dog to Katie while saying "Her name is Casey"

"Katie, is mom home yet?" Kendall called from his bedroom, at the top of the swirly-slide.

"Yes I am" Mrs. Knight answered.

Kendall slid down the swirly-slide, along with James, Carlos, and Logan right after him.

"Can I see him?" Logan asked

"You may see her" Katie corrected, handing Logan Casey.

"Well, I gotta take Katie and Kendall with me to San Diego to pick something up." Mrs. Knight started

"And I have a double date with Madi" Logan added

"That features me and Stephanie" Carlos added, again.

"So that means, James, that you are going to watch the puppy" Katie finished

"Bye James!" Everyone said before they all rushed out; and they left without another word.

"Great, now what am I supposed to do with you?" James asked himself. He sat on the couch. "I guess you and I could always go to the park or something" Casey barked at that idea "You think that's a good idea? Then let's go"

James made Casey sit, clipped on her leash, and left. When they arrived at the dog park James took Casey off her leash and let her play. He sat on the bench next to a girl named Sara.

"Hey" Sara greeted

"Hey" James replied "Which dog is your?"

"That one right there" Sara pointed to the dog playing with Casey

"Nice."

The two chatted for a couple hours, it was getting really dark out. James guessed it was around 6:00-ish when he got up the courage to ask "Do you wanna go out sometime?"

Sara didn't respond in words, she just merely kissed him on the lips. "Does that answer your question?"

"Yeah, I think it does"

James and Sara had the best date ever. They went to a movie and dinner. James was now walking Sara home.

"Thanks James. This has been the best date ever!" Sara exclaimed.

"Its not done until I do this." James leaned down and softly kissed Sara on the lips. It was the perfect kiss. All the stars were aligned, a full moon, and no one in sight. Nothing went wrong after that.
