Disclaimer:I don't own FFX or any of the characters or places that feature in the game, no matter how much i would like to...especially Auron...heehee! Anyway, it all belongs to Squaresoft *Wonders if she is related to the person who owns Squaresoft and if they are critically ill and she is the only surviving relative, so she can take control of FinalFantasy!!! MWAHAHAHAHA!*
AN:Yes, I know i've just written a long disclaimer, but i would just like to say this is my first serious fanfic, so it might actually turn out really rubbish, but if you dont like it, tough luck, either dont read it OR tell me what i can improve on. (I suggest the latter). I've had trouble with the spacing, but I'm 'trying' to fix it, so don't worry too much 'bout that. Anyways, two more important things: This story is an Aurikku mixed with a lot of adventure kind of stuff. Also, it contains what i consider to be major spoilers, so make sure you've nearly completed the game!
Oh yeah, I've written most of this story already, so I'll try to get it on FF.net fairly quickly. Enjoy!
Chapter 1-The Battle with the Guado
'Resistence is futile!'
The words kept echoing in each member's head. The mutated Seymour kept zombifieing them, and the words became louder each time. Auron was affected the worst-none of his armour was made to defend against zombification. he couldn't switch places with somebody else, as those who weren't battling were already tired and weak.
It wasn't long before he reached his overdrive and wiped out most of Seymour's HP. But the unsent guado was still standing (more like floating) and he continued to weaken the summoner and her guardians. Finally, he was destroyed when yuna summoned Valefor and used it's Energy Ray overdrive.
They were all relieved that the battle was over, although they had a feeling Seymour wasn't finished yet. The feeling of dread soon came back to them when they realised there weren't enough potions to heal everyone, and Yuna's MP was drained.
'Well, what are we gonna do? We can't go round like this, some of us can barely stand up!' Tidus said, swaying on his normally strong Blitz legs and trying to support himself with his sword.
'Lady Yuna?' Like always, Auron left the decisions to the summoner. He had learned that if they made the decisions, they would have no one to blame but themselves if something went wrong.
'I think we should heal the people who need it most, and heal the others as soon as possible.' She replied, trying to do what was best.
The people who needed it most...Tidus, Lulu and Rikku. Rikku...
[No point worrying about other people when you're already seriously injured yourself.]
As they took the last three potions, the others stood up and prepared to leave.
