Kavaul – Yo.
Inuyasha - . . .
Kavaul – K, story start now, -insert disclaimer here-
She was hunched over her work, eyebrows knitting together as she stumbled upon a very perplexing problem, losing herself for a second as she scribbled down her work, scowling as she came upon a flaw in her work.
"Agh." She mumbled to herself, shoulders tensing as she let a low growl come from her throat, before erasing the problem, and redoing it. Thud. A soft sound signaled Kagome, that Inuyasha was here.
Inuyasha, being him, simply said, 'Keh.' He tilted his head to the side; curious as to what Kagome would be doing that would take importance over him. "Kagome! Time to go!" Could be heard, from her mother.
She lifted her head, rolling stiff shoulders for a moment before sliding her gaze over to Inuyasha. "Wait here, ok?"
Kagome waited until Inuyasha nodded, before adding, "And don't touch anything." Coupling this with a stern glare as she walked out, scratching her shoulder a bit as she joined her family, clambering into the car as they sped off.
Inuyasha landed with a soft thump onto the floor, walking curiously and putting his hands on the top of the chair to lean over it and stare at the homework.
He pulled the chair out, before scanning the problems. He crossed his arms, eyes narrowing at the complicated stuff.
Inuyasha's lip curled slightly, as he lifted the pencil, before putting it delicately onto a paper, and beginning to apply pressure. It broke. He stared at the math, kehing as he did so.
Inuyasha then picked up another pencil, beginning to copy the problem. He thought he understood now. He scanned it, found that it was wrong, and redid it. Still wrong.
A snarl rose from his throat, and he began to curse, using quite the colorful language. After fifteen tries, he gave up and ripped the entire math sheet up, watching the little shreds float down as he began to comprehend what just happened.
Inuyasha hastily gathered up as many shreds, and heard Kagome coming back I that strange metal thing. Ack. Was his only thought, and he panicked, stuffing the shreds into his mouth.
Right. Get rid of the evidence. He choked for a second, then coughed and swallowed it. Inuyasha winced as Kagome opened the door, sensing his impending doom as she went to the table and pondered over where her homework was.
When she saw Inuyasha looking guilty, her first response was, "What. Did. You. Do. With. My. Homework?" He coughed, blinked, and tried to look innocent.
She drawled out, "Inuyasha. . ." He tried to cling to the ceiling. "Sit." WHAM. Inuyasha tried to keep the stars out of his view, but they still danced in his vision. He'd get up, putting up his hands before crying, "Ah! No. Ahh. . . Itriedtodoitbutrippeditandthenateit. That paper, right." Translation, I tried to do it but ripped it and then ate it.
A muscle twitched under her eye, and she just stood there, her shoulders up, fingers clenched into a fist and shaking. He was in big trouble now.
Now, I don't want to get into details. Let's just say he was a tad hurt and had to stay at Kaede's for three days to heal.
Kagome? When she went to school, and had to pass her homework in, her only answer was; "The dog ate my homework." Mentally, she added, The dog hanyou ate my homework. Ehehe.
Well, that's the end of the story. And I suppose you want my name? It's Kagome, if you really want it. What's that? Another story? That's for another time. For now,
The End.
