Monster
I am from darkness
as I sit in my room
hiding myself from the
outside world slowly
losing my sanity
I am from blood
as I scratch at my
bloody wrist I look at the wall
were words of hate are
written in crimson letters
I am from family
as they finally notice my
absence they look for me
crying out my name
I am from tears
as I wish I could reveal
myself to them but can't
wanting nothing more then
to be in there warm embrace
I am from monsters
for if I leave this room
he will awaken and hurt them
for he lies within me
this monster waiting to strike
