Prolouge
In the year 2440 Dr. Sam Beckett and his fellow scientists create this time portal and when it was done Sam stepped in as the guinea pig and travels through time. As he traveled year through year he found he had this need to fix what went wrong in the past and a longing more and more that with each leap that the next one would be the leap home.
His only guide in these trips was Al who came in a form of a hologram that only he could see and hear. All the Information he got about the past came from a computer named Twiggy and that's how he knew who to help and what to do.
After helping a local farmer who happen to be Eli Whitney invent the Cotton Gin and a preacher who was saving a boy from his drug addicted parents Sam once again stepped into the Quantum Leap time portal hoping this time once again it would take him home but instead he awoke in a cold body and he could feel that his heart was not beating so he quickly looked around and found his surroundings in the woods of Forks ,Washington .
He then felt his head and wondered why he was here when all of a sudden this big burly guy by the name of Emmett came face to face with him and said "Hey Eddie what happen you trip again trying to catch another deer?" What did that meant he wondered and he laid back on the ground and he whispered to himself " Oooh Boy"
