Enter Onyx

"I really needed this...thanks Sam." A boy with black shaggy hair wearing a black leather jacket with a black symbol similar to a sinister dragon etched on the left side sat on the edge of a pier eating a Popsicle as a blonde haired woman about 5 years older than him wearing a similar jacket but with a golden swan like symbol instead, stood next to him rubbing his back. "I just can't believe they're really gone..." He looked down at the water with the moon reflecting on it with tears beginning to stream down his cheeks.

"Hey Onyx, it's alright. They sacrificed themselves for you, if I know Ren and Toby...they did it because they loved you." Sam said trying to reassure the young man but their moment was ruined by people screaming as three shark-like monsters jumped out of the water attacking the people at the pier. "Ready?"

"Always." Onyx said as he and Sam turned around digging into their pockets taking out two small rectangular boxes, one black and grey with the symbol from Onyx's jacket on it, and a white one with Sam's golden Swan symbol on it. They extended their arms making grey and crimson lines go from Onyx's go down his arm to his waist forming a silver belt with an open slot in the buckle as Sam's did the same but with white lines instead. They put down their arms as the monsters saw them and started running towards them.

"Kamen Rider." Onyx and Sam then slid the boxes inside the slots making them glow and spin. Then a grey and crimson orb and a white orb surround them respectively with two circles in each going around the two. Then on their second rotation: black and grey armor began to form on Onyx with a gauntlet similar to a black and silver dragon's head with red eyes on his left arm and a helmet resembling a dragon with his symbol on his forehead and a white and black knight-like armor began to form on Sam with a white rapier on her side and a helmet resembling swan wings. They had become Kamen Riders Onyx and Siren.

"Sam make sure the people get to safety." Onyx said as he put his thumb on the box that had now become a buckle and pulled out a card with a black sword on it. He pushed down the top of his gauntlet and slid the card inside before pushing it back up making a voice come from the gauntlet as the eyes began to glow.

SWORD VENT

Onyx raised his right arm and grabbed a black, gold and silver longsword with his symbol etched in the crossguard. He then ran at the monsters and began to slash them one by one dodging each of their attacks. Meanwhile, Siren ran to a little boy who was hiding and lifted him up to take him away but this caught the attention of one of the Sharks who fired bullets from its chest at them making Siren shield the boy getting hit with all the bullets.

"Sam!" Onyx tried to get away from the other two to help Siren but one of them had wrapped its arms around him allowing the other to punch him several times in the chest. Meanwhile the third Shark walked up to Siren, who was struggling to stand, and the little boy getting ready to attack. But Siren took the chance to take out her rapier and stab the Shark in the abdomen making it stagger backwards.

"Go find your mom, run as fast as you can and don't look back." Siren used her sword to stand up and helped the little boy up making him nod and run away. She turned to look at the monster and pulled out a card from her belt, she pulled the pommel of her sword opening up the front and slid the card inside before pushing the pommel closing it.

SWORD VENT

"Time to go Shark fishing." Siren raised her arm catching a golden lance and ran at the Shark slashing it several times with each end of the lance. Meanwhile Onyx finally got his chance to escape from the others and pulled out another card from his belt putting it in his gauntlet.

ATTACK VENT

"Get them partner!" The water began to ripple and a black and silver serpent-like dragon flew out of it attacking all three Sharks giving Onyx and Siren a moment together. "Tag team style?"

"You know it." The two pulled one last card from their belts with their symbols on them and slid them into their weapons.

Then a white and gold Swan appeared from the water and flew in front of the sharks flapping its wings sending them flying towards Siren. But when they neared her, she moved out of the way as behind her, Onyx was levitating in the air with his Dragon circling him. He extended his legs and his dragon shot him with black and blue fire sending him flying towards the Sharks. He kicked all of them and landed as they exploded in midair making him turn to look at Siren with his eyes red.

"Onyx wait! You're not going to-"

"It's my choice Sam, I'm getting their decks back." Onyx looked at the water and jumped into it but instead of a splash, he jumped into a sort of portal and walked through a world full of mirrors until something pulled him out of the ocean and he looked to see that he was still in the same place as before but there was no sign of Siren or anyone else for that matter. "Where am I? Maybe there are no Kamen Riders in this world...better go back to normal." Onyx looked around and looked up with gray lines going around his armor until two grey and crimson circles appeared in the middle of his body and split apart reverting him back to his human form. "Why do I feel like I belong here...like I'm meant to be here?" Onyx asked himself walking into the city looking around to find any clues as to where he was. He looked around hearing a screeching like sound until he bumped into a brown-haired girl with a white bipedal cat wearing yellow gloves walking next to her. "I am SO sorry."

"It's alright, are you okay? You look lost...and a lot like my best friend actually just with black hair."

"Yeah I kinda am."

"Well I'd love to help you but I'm not from around these parts either. I'm actually from Odaiba, that's over in Japan."

"Oh, well that's cool. I'm kinda looking for something...well someone."

"What do they look like?" The girl asked Onyx until he saw a red arm extend out from the window next to them and pull her in.

"Wait! Dammit...Kamen Rider!" Onyx took out his deck and transformed again into his Kamen Rider form before jumping into the window after her. This left the cat the girl was walking with speechless as she looked at the window in shock.

"What's a Kamen Rider?" The cat asked as in the reflection she saw Onyx fighting a red monster with a giant cross on its back with his sword.

"What are you?" The girl asked looking at Onyx whose eyes were currently glowing red.

"Let's do this!" He pulled out a card with his dragon's head on it and slid it into his gauntlet raising his right arm.

STRIKE VENT

A gauntlet completely resembling his dragon's head appeared on Onyx's right arm as his Dragon appeared and he extended his arm pointing it at the monster making his dragon fire its black and blue fire at it destroying it. He turned around and lifted up the girl pulling her through the mirror again but back to her world where her cat was waiting for her.

"Kari you're okay!" The cat jumped in Kari's arm making her smile as Onyx began to walk away. "Kari he's that boy that bumped into you."

"Wait! Who are you?" Onyx turned around and looked at the girl before looking up reverting back to normal.

"My name is Onyx...Kamen Rider Onyx." It was at that moment that a blond haired boy resembling Onyx almost completely ran up to the three calling Kari's name.

"Kari I've been looking-" He stopped talking and looked at Onyx in shock walking up to him. "-everywhere...for you...why do you look-"

"Exactly like you? Because we're mirror images of each other. So basically: I am you. Same face and everything, just reversed."

"Whoa...this is so epic...I'm a righty so does that make you a lefty?"

"I'm right-handed. Mirrors go many ways, a mirror of a mirror. There are other people that look exactly like you and me out there. I'm just one of many." Onyx said before turning around and walking away.

"Hey my name is TK! What's yours?"

"It's Onyx...Onyx what's a Kamen Rider?!"

"You'll figure it out one day." Onyx said walking away smiling and looking at Kari.
