I. Accent
"Have I ever told you I love your accent, Ginevra?"
Ginny found herself completely and utterly thrown off by the hushed words that left Gabrielle's lips. Not only was it the first time that she had really ever approached her in an attempt to make some sort of conversation, it was something so completely puzzling.
"Shouldn't I be saying that to you?" Ginny responded with confidence, trying to not show her how much her sudden comment had shocked her. However, the look in Gabrielle's eyes showed that she wasn't fooled by her attempts. Ginny couldn't help but focus on her lips, pursed into a small and delectable grin. Her gaze trailed up to the younger girl's eyes, which she was shocked to find were looking her up and down at an achingly slow pace. She met Ginny's gaze, her blue eyes absolutely striking.
"That depends…" Gabrielle took a step towards her, and then another, and another, until she was standing all too close to Ginny, their breasts nearly touching. Despite the fact that Gabrielle was only eighteen, she was still two inches taller than Ginny, forcing her to lean her head down next to Ginny's ear in a way that drove her crazy. "Do you really love it?" Her breath was hot on Ginny's ear, her sweet, pink lips brushing against her ear ever so slightly as she pulled away.
The rational part of Ginny's mind told her that this was wrong, that she certainly shouldn't be flirting with a girl six years her junior, a girl barely out of school, not to mention a girl that was the sister of her brother's wife. It was just so absolutely wrong and twisted, she should've been telling herself. Instead, she found her cheeks warm and an all-too-familiar ache growing between her legs. Her mind told her to take five steps back and politely tell Gabrielle that this was wrong and that she had to go, but her arousal told her to lean forward those few inches and press her lips against Gabrielle's. It wouldn't be that hard, really, just to kiss her. She obviously wanted it, or she wouldn't be standing there flirting with her. Ginny hadn't been quiet about her sexuality after she came out during her 7th year at Hogwarts, so she knew that Gabrielle knew where her attraction was directed. Ginny leaned forward, like she was going to kiss her, but she paused just millimeters from her lips.
"That's for you to find out, isn't it?" Ginny spoke, voice barely above a whisper. She pulled away from Gabrielle, turning to head downstairs to mingle with the rest of the family. Taking a moment, she looked back at the girl, satisfied to see a look of disappointment and longing painted across her beautiful features. She grinned.
Gabrielle had underestimated her. She hadn't realized that Ginny could play, too.
