The Final Days Of Amelia Pond

PROLOUGE

"No no no!" the Doctor cried as the bottom of his overcoat caught alight. The reason for this misfortune was because he had just 'accidentally' started to blow up the space cruiser he was on. Ladies with only towels around their body ran through corridors trying to find their way off the burning ship, and not being able to find their lost children!

"RUN! GET OFF THIS SHIP!" an intercom shouted at all passengers and crossed over the whole cruiser. The Timelord had finally reached the airlocks, and found one final pod. Using the sonic, he opened the door and slid inside the pod. Without the keys, the ship was unable to fly. Again, the Doctor used his Sonic Screwdriver and the engines started to power up. He tapped in a location and date, and the pod shot out of the side of Cruiser 4.0! But as the Doctor looked out towards the burning cruiser, he could only feel selfish. And as he saw images of his past in his mind, the pod flew into the vortex.
