A quiet life or nearly
Harry and Ginny were walking hand in hand in a crowded street in London, enjoying a quiet and free afternoon of shopping. They were almost in their favourite ice-cream parlour when a boy about 25-year-hold on the other hand of the street saw them. And to think that the couple had decided not to go to Diagon Alley so they could be leave in peace.
"Look who's there!" The boy screamed to his friend apparently not so much interested as he was.
"Another your fan on the way," Ginny said smiled.
"Phew! When will they stop to following me?" Harry asked exasperated.
"Yeah, at the end you just killed the evilest wizard of all the time. It's not a big deal!" She said making fun of him.
"Well, thanks for your support, Ginny. I really appreciate it."
"You're welcome!" She said getting a nudge by Harry. They were both surprised when the boy, once crossed the street, turned his attention to Ginny.
"You're Ginny Weasley! You're the best Chaser that Holyhead Harpies have ever had in ages."
"Well, I... I don't know if I'm the best," Ginny said blushing just a little bit. "But yes I'm Ginny."
"I'm a big fan of you. I saw you in your last match against Tornados, and you were pretty amazing. You're just so wow! Could I please have your autograph?" He asked putting out from his pocket a piece of paper and a little feather.
"Yes, sure," she answered smiling, but still a little surprised. Harry had observed the whole scene without saying anything but from his expression, it was obvious that he was quite annoyed. Not from the situation itself, more so because the boy could not take his eyes off of his girlfriend.
"My friends will not believe it!" he said again. "Oh, so it's true what Rita Skeeter say, you're going to get married," he added, noting the engagement ring that Ginny was wearing on her finger. Rita Skeeter! Harry thought rolling his eyes. That ugly bitch had always put her nose into all. Harry did not hear Ginny's answer to it, but he heard very well the one of that bloke.
"What a pity!" That was enough for him.
"Yeah, unfortunately for you and your friends, the news are all true," Harry said rudely, and without saying other he dragged Ginny away. Once behind the corner he finally left her. Harry checks if Ginny was angry, but she just seemed very amused.
"What was that for, Harry?" She asked still laughing.
"That stupid bloke could not take his eyes off you. And I'm not talking about your face," he said, glancing at the light neckline of her dress.
"Really? I didn't notice it," Harry snorted.
"Of course, you didn't! The best Chaser! Where's the news? I tell you it almost every day and I've never seen you blush!" Ginny could not help but laugh again at Harry's outburst.
"Well, at least now you know how I feel when I see all those your crazy fangirls around you." He was about to answer her when she stood on tiptoe and kissed him. Harry replied to it and embraced her tight.
"Let's go now. Ron and Hermione probably are already waiting for us in the ice cream parlour," Ginny said once detached from him. "And I can not wait to tell Hermione the whole scene. It'll be funny!" Then she started to run away cheating by a Harry somewhere between angry and amused. When they arrived at the ice cream parlour they were both out of breath and messy.
"Why every time we meet Harry and Ginny always seem that those two have just finished having sex?" Ron asked, looking exasperated at his sister and best friend.
"Ron!" Hermione exclaimed before to attract the attention of their friends with a wave of her hand. "And anyway, what do you think we did right before we came here?" She whispered him in a sexy voice.
"That's different!" Ron declared, but on his face there was a big smile.
