Mecta: A new partner of Robotnik who is a brain and is more smarter then him as he came closer to rule Mobius then him or his Momma and often croaks on his speeches and is the ruler of Dimension X and has rock warriors and stone warriors and has a rivalry with Robotnik like Scratch and Grounder has and often create Mutagen to create an army of mutants, but never works.
General Traag: Mecta's second in command and is one of Mechta's followers in Dimension X along with Granitor and controlled the rock soldiers.
Granitor: Traag's right hand and is often seen with him and controls the stone soldiers.
Neutrinos: A Gang of teenagers in Dimension X who often helps Sonic and Tails.
Technodrome: The new fortress of Robotnik and Mecta and has advanced alien technology along with a portal to other Dimensions.
