Seras stared at the floor glumly, waiting for her master to come back.
She heard gunshots going off in the distance and hoped, even though she knew Alucard could regenerate, that her master wasn't getting hurt.
The gunshots finally stopped and there was silence.
Seras' face lit up as Alucard came out of the forest.
"My master..."
"The ghouls are taken care of. We have another mission to deal with. Come Police Girl." He walked past her and Seras ran eagerly after him.
He was her light in this dark world.
