I held my husband Scotty tight in my bare arms . We were in our bed together. It had been a trying day for us both. We were fighting our adopted daughter's,Olivia's Brother Brian (he had turned up out of the blue.) for custody. It had made me see red with rage, and It had upset Scotty and he had collapsed in my arms in tears. We had gone to our bed and lay together. He quietly sobbed
" Kevin, we can't lose her. After all our loses , I don't think I could bear another. I can't.. I... I can't." I gathered my husband and held him closer to me. I kissed his forehead and then gently kissed his lips.
Our eyes met and I spoke softly" Scotty, You listen to me, I promise you on us , we will not lose Olivia , we will not lose her. I promise you that." Again I kissed him as he looked at me mournfully" But he is her brother...We can't keep hi..."
I cut him off, " A brother who, I might add, hasn't been there for who i might add hasn't been in her life since she was five. We are her dads! Scotty, you and me Together!. Olivia is a member of this family and I will be damn if i will let some snot nose kid take her away from us. I intend on wiping the floor with that Second rate lawyer of ,I also might add, has a really bad hair cut."
I caught sight of a smile on Scotty's lips. I kissed him reassuringly ( not telling him that part of me was afraid that we would lose the little girl we had come to look on as our daughter. But I knew both Olivia and Scotty needed me for once to be stronge so I pushed my self doubt aside) I smiled impishly at the man in my arms.
" Aren't you glad you married a brilliant lawyer?" Scotty smiled that shy, yet playful smile that had won him my heart .( The same smile he had smiled when I had asked for his hand in marrage ).
He pulled me as close as he could .He put his hands on my ass , I sighed at the meer touch of my Lover's my Scotty's wonderful hands. It was his turn to gaze at me teasingly as he spoke "Well then its a good thing I keep such a handsome and brilliant lawyer on retainer, then isn't it?" I laugh at this as I pull him close and wrapped my arms around him.
" Oh i"m on retainer? Is that what we are calling it? " He nodded "Yep, I have had you on retainer from the day I first walked in to your office."Laughing, I kiss his shoulder causing him to moan quietly " Kevin Walker you're my hero!.. ".Scotty soon fell asleep in my arms . I kiss him one last time as he snuggled in my arms and he pressed his nude body to mine. Soon I also fell asleep. Both of us thankful in the knowledge that our daughter, our "O" was safe and sound spending the night at her "Grandma Nora's.

this is for all the people who wanted some one to smack Olivia's brother Brian in the epp called Olivia's choice. Esp when he played the anti gay card. as i watched that scene i was like oh no he didn't.
I love that in the epp that Olivia had grandma Nora to fight for her. ( oh kevin and scotty did fight but I found Nora was the one who kinda head smacked the three and was like will you all listen to what Olivia wants)
again this is the result of my watching the epp that aired april 10th 2012. and i love Olivia she is great.
