Hello there, well this is a story I came up with immediately after the depressing ending to The Blonde Squad. I hope you enjoy.
Disclaimer: I don't own Victorious
"And I think you're swell," Robbie sang as he lightly played the last chord of his song, and he looked over to Cat's smiling face, anxiously waiting for her reaction.
"Hey," Cat said while reaching her hand toward Robbie which made his eyebrows raise with hope. "What if I just dye my hair blonde?"
Robbie painfully winced and started to shake his head, and he slowly stood to his feet and said, "Do whatever you want, Cat." Robbie slung his guitar behind his back. "I mean, you already dye it in the first place." Robbie walked out of the black box theater, leaving Cat sitting in the front row with a confused expression.
Robbie made his way over to his locker, and he began to get some stuff out of it. Then Cat quickly turned around the corner, "Robbie!" Cat ran over to him. "What's the matter Robbie?"
"Nothing."
"Oh, okay," Cat said, and then she started to walk away.
Robbie watched her go with a dumbfounded expression, "You know, you can be really dumb sometimes."
Cat stopped mid-step and turned toward Robbie, "What did you say?" Robbie didn't say anything and just stared at her. "Why are you being mean to me?"
"I told you," Robbie began, "any guy would be lucky as cheese to go out with you." Robbie lectured to Cat. "And it pains me to know that you don't see that. You don't need to dye your hair blonde. You're prefect just the way you are."
"I told you, you don't know what guys think," Cat said. Robbie sighed, and he closed his locker and began to make his way to the door. Then Cat grabbed hold of his arm and asked, "Why are you being like this, Robbie?"
"Because I like you, Cat," Robbie admitted. "I have for a very long time."
"You do," Cat asked with clear shock in her tone. Robbie slowly nodded, and they stood there for a very long silent moment. Then Cat quickly walked up to Robbie, "Oh, Robbie." Cat threw her arms around his neck and hugged him, and Robbie hugged her back. "I'm sorry, Robbie."
"I'm sorry too," Robbie said. They broke apart from the hug and stared into each other's eyes, and they slowly leaned in closer until they're lips met. They stopped kissing and smiled at each other, and then they walked out of the school together, hand in hand.
Well that was my story, I hope you enjoyed it. This was kind of written out of a mixture of anger, frustration, and hope, so please don't fault me on that. Please review if you feel compelled to. Thanks :)
